Client scheduling
Deliver a consultation agent for a client.
Build a scheduling workflow as part of your agency’s client service. Configure the client’s calendar, confirmation steps, and team notifications, then test the handoff before launch.

- Google Calendar / Gmail / Slack
- The result
- A calendar event, a confirmation email, and the details your team needs.

Follow an example from the customer’s request to the records your agent can create.
The customer’s request
“Can I schedule a product consultation on Tuesday afternoon?”
Simulated records. This walkthrough does not connect to accounts or send anything.
Step 1 of 4 / Google Calendar
Check the calendar
The agent looks up events on the client’s consultation calendar. It uses your working hours and meeting duration to suggest a time for the customer to confirm.
A time to confirm with the customer before creating an event.
Calendar lookup

- Existing event
- 1:00–2:00 PM / Client call
- Proposed time
- 3:00–3:30 PM / America/Chicago
Make it work
the way you do.
These are workflows you can configure with MAAP’s supported tools. Your instructions, connected accounts, and permissions determine what your agent can do.
- 01
Define the consultation
Confirm the client’s consultation scope, working hours, meeting duration, and intake questions.
- 02
Connect the tools
Select the calendar, Gmail account, and Slack channel the agent should use. Enable only the tools it needs.
- 03
Test the exceptions
Try a busy calendar, missing meeting details, and an unsupported request. Tell the agent when to involve your team.
Where your team comes in
A calendar lookup does not reserve a time. Configure customer confirmation before creating events, and have your team handle scheduling conflicts, location constraints, or unusual requests.
Google Calendar, Gmail, and approvals are included from free Starter. New calendar and email actions default to your approval before they run. Other integrations unlock at Pro, with $200 in total top-ups. Connect your accounts, grant the required permissions, and enable the tools for your agent. Usage charges and third-party service requirements apply.
