A few common questions
What does white label include?
Add client logos to Pages and customize website widgets with their colors and welcome message. Removing MAAP attribution unlocks after $1,000 in total workspace top-ups. This covers client-facing Pages and widgets; a fully branded management portal, custom dashboard domain, and automated reseller billing are not included.
How should I organize client work?
Use a separate workspace when clients need separate members, knowledge, integrations, or billing. Agents in one workspace share that workspace’s access and usage. Choose the workspace before adding client content or inviting anyone.
Who bills my clients?
Your agency handles its client agreements, service fees, and invoices. MAAP charges for workspace usage. Review reply costs, storage, account limits, and third-party costs before quoting a client.
How do I reset my password?
Choose “Forgot password” on the sign-in page, enter your email, and follow the instructions in the reset email. If a link has expired, request a new one.
What AI models are supported?
Choose from the available models in the dashboard’s agent editor. Model availability and usage costs vary by model. The Models support guide includes the model list and capabilities.
What will it cost my business?
About 2¢ a simple reply. No monthly fee. 150 chats a month ≈ $18–36. For example, 150 customer chats × 6–12 AI replies per chat × 2¢ per reply. Add money when you need it, starting at $10, in Settings → Billing. An illustration of reply costs, not a fixed price. Longer conversations, advanced models, and tool use can cost more. Document uploads are charged separately. Taxes may apply.
How do I invite team members?
Open Settings → Members in your workspace to invite a teammate by email and assign a role. If you cannot manage members, ask your workspace administrator for help.
What should I include in a bug report?
Include the affected workspace, what you expected, what happened, and the steps to reproduce it. Your browser, device, and the time of the issue also help. Remove passwords, API keys, and personal customer data from any examples.
How do I get help with a production issue?
Email support@maap.dev with the affected workspace and the impact on your service. If you have a support agreement, follow its escalation process. You can also check the status page for reported incidents.
