Step 1 of 3 / Zendesk

Open a support ticket

After collecting the order reference, issue, and customer email, the agent creates a ticket for your support team to review.

The request is recorded in your support queue with the customer’s context.

Make it work
the way you do.

These are workflows you can configure with MAAP’s supported tools. Your instructions, connected accounts, and permissions determine what your agent can do.

  1. 01

    Add the policy

Share your return and replacement policy, required order details, and the next steps customers should expect.

  2. 02

    Choose the destination

Connect Zendesk, the client’s authorized Gmail account, and the Slack channel responsible for customer care.

  3. 03

    Define what needs review

Tell the agent to record requests and acknowledge them, while leaving eligibility and fulfillment decisions to your team.

Where your team comes in

This workflow records a support request. It does not verify a purchase, approve a return, issue a refund, or ship a replacement. Those actions need your team and any additional systems you configure.

Google Calendar, Gmail, and approvals are included from free Starter. New calendar and email actions default to your approval before they run. Other integrations unlock at Pro, with $200 in total top-ups. Connect your accounts, grant the required permissions, and enable the tools for your agent. Usage charges and third-party service requirements apply.
