  • You keep your content and are responsible for the agents, permissions, and workflows you configure.
  • Usage is metered against prepaid credits. Review rates and monitor workspace spending.
  • AI can make mistakes. Review outputs and use human oversight for consequential actions.
  • These terms limit Prisiops, LLC’s liability and include indemnification duties for business customers.

A quick guide. The full terms below provide the details.

Your agreement with MAAP

These Terms of Use govern access to MAAP’s websites, dashboard, APIs, AI agents, embedded widgets, hosted agent pages, demonstrations, and related services provided by Prisiops, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“MAAP,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or accessing or using the services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that organization. A separately signed agreement, order form, or data processing agreement controls where it expressly conflicts with these terms for the relevant subject. Our Privacy Policy is a notice explaining our handling of personal information; it is not blanket consent for every use of data. Separate written terms are required for any implementation or consulting services outside the standard service.

Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement to create a MAAP account. Provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it up to date. Do not impersonate another person or create accounts to evade restrictions.

You are responsible for activity under your account, the users you authorize, and the protection of passwords, API keys, tokens, and integration credentials. Notify support@maap.dev promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share individual credentials in place of assigning appropriate workspace membership.

Organizations, roles, and end users

Owners and administrators manage workspace access, spending, settings, and deployment decisions. Developers and other members may use features allowed by their assigned permissions. A role label does not expand your authority beyond the permissions or instructions given by your organization.

If you deploy an agent or widget for other people, you are responsible for its configuration, instructions, knowledge sources, permitted actions, required disclosures, and support to your users. Explain when people are interacting with AI and when their information may be reviewed by humans or sent to connected services.

Visitors using a customer-operated agent must also follow the operator’s applicable terms. MAAP does not control that organization’s independent promises, products, decisions, or handling of information outside our service.

Agencies, client work, and branding

If you provide services to clients using MAAP, you must have authority to submit each client’s content, connect its accounts, configure its agents, and grant access to its data. You are responsible for your client contracts, invoices, support commitments, and required notices and consents. Identify which organization controls each workspace and obtain instructions before transferring ownership or removing access.

An agency relationship, widget branding, or removal of MAAP attribution does not make you our employee, partner, franchisee, or legal representative. You cannot bind Prisiops, LLC, make warranties on our behalf, or promise features, compliance, availability, or service levels we have not agreed to in writing. Client branding does not remove required AI, privacy, or other legal disclosures.

Use separate workspaces where client access or billing must be separate. An agent within a workspace is not a separate legal account or a guarantee of isolation from other authorized workspace members. Your arrangements with clients do not reduce your obligations to us or grant clients rights beyond the access we authorize.

Access, availability, and changes

Subject to these terms and applicable limits, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use MAAP for your own or your organization’s lawful purposes. You may integrate and embed agents using the interfaces and credentials provided for that purpose.

Features, models, rate limits, and supported integrations may change. Service may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, provider changes, or circumstances outside our control. We do not promise continuous availability or a service level unless a separate agreement expressly provides one.

Preview, beta, and experimental features may be incomplete, change without compatibility guarantees, or be discontinued. Evaluate them before depending on them for important workflows.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respect the rights and safety of others. You must not:

  • Create, upload, or distribute unlawful content, child sexual abuse material, malware, phishing, fraud, credible threats, or content that infringes others’ rights.
  • Obtain or disclose personal or confidential information without authority; misuse an integration; or use the service for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, or harassment.
  • Probe, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to MAAP or another system; bypass authentication, rate limits, billing controls, or safety restrictions; or conceal prohibited activity.
  • Send spam or deceptive communications, impersonate others, or misrepresent AI output as a verified human statement.
  • Use agents to make consequential decisions about people without appropriate human oversight and legal safeguards, or rely on them for emergency response or safety-critical control.
  • Use the service in violation of applicable export controls or trade sanctions, or provide access to a person or destination where that access is prohibited.
  • Resell credentials, remove required proprietary notices, circumvent purchased access, or reverse engineer components except where applicable law permits it despite this restriction.

AI output, tools, and human oversight

AI output is probabilistic. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or similar to output provided to others. MAAP does not guarantee factual accuracy, originality, suitability, or non-infringement. Review and validate outputs before publishing them or acting on them.

AI output is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using the service and for checking information against appropriate sources.

Tools and integrations can read information, send messages, modify records, or trigger other real-world actions. You authorize processing and actions within the permissions and workflows you configure. Use limited permissions, testing, and human approval for consequential actions. Third-party content can contain malicious instructions, and an agent may misinterpret information or attempt an unintended action. Guardrails and approval features reduce some risks but cannot guarantee that every unsafe action or output is prevented. You must decide which actions require human authorization and verify the results, including recipients and transaction details.

Your content and intellectual property

As between you and MAAP, you retain your rights in the content, files, configurations, and information you submit. You grant us the rights necessary to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content to provide, secure, and support the service, including through our service providers and your configured integrations. This is a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license limited to those purposes and the retention permitted by our Privacy Policy or separate agreement; it does not authorize general-purpose model training or use of your content in public advertising.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis required to supply your content and instruct its processing. This applies to uploaded files, crawled websites, connected accounts, and information about other people.

MAAP does not claim ownership of your generated output. Your ability to use output depends on applicable law and any relevant third-party rights or provider terms. AI output may not qualify for exclusive intellectual property protection.

We and our licensors retain ownership of the platform, software, branding, documentation, and other materials we provide. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.

Confidential information

Nonpublic business, technical, or customer information disclosed in connection with the service is confidential when marked confidential or when its nature and circumstances reasonably indicate confidentiality. Each party will use the other’s confidential information only to perform or exercise rights under this agreement, use reasonable care to protect it, and limit disclosure to authorized personnel, advisers, and service providers who need it and are bound by confidentiality obligations appropriate to their role.

These obligations do not apply to information the recipient can show is publicly available without breach, already lawfully known, independently developed, or lawfully received without a confidentiality duty. Legally compelled disclosure is permitted; where lawful, the recipient will give reasonable notice and disclose only what is required. Processing and disclosure to your authorized users, selected model providers, and configured integrations remain subject to the service instructions and Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

Model providers, payment processors, connected applications, and external websites have separate terms and policies. You are responsible for the third-party accounts and permissions you connect, and for complying with applicable provider requirements.

Third-party availability, functionality, pricing, and data practices are outside our direct control. Revoking a connection can prevent future authorized access but does not undo completed actions or erase data already shared with that service.

Credits, payments, and pricing

MAAP uses prepaid credits for metered usage. Credit packs, model rates, upload charges, feature eligibility, and applicable limits are shown in the service or at checkout. Usage can consume credits for model input and output and other chargeable features. Review the current rates before running an agent or automation.

Purchased credits represent a balance for eligible MAAP services, not money held in a bank account. They have no cash redemption value and cannot be transferred unless we expressly allow it. Promotional credits may have separate eligibility rules and expiration dates disclosed with the offer. Current product disclosures govern expiration of purchased credits.

You authorize charges for credit purchases you confirm at checkout. MAAP’s standard credit-based service has no monthly subscription. Completed usage is deducted from your workspace balance; stopping an agent does not reverse credits already consumed.

You are responsible for applicable taxes and for usage by authorized workspace members, deployed widgets, API clients, and automations. Insufficient credits or exceeded limits may interrupt service. Monitor access and spending, especially for publicly available agents. You are responsible for authorized automated usage even when an output is unsatisfactory, subject to applicable law and any correction we approve. Report unauthorized charges promptly; nothing here limits rights to dispute a payment under applicable law.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, expressly stated in your purchase terms, or approved by us under an available refund process. A request does not guarantee a refund; eligible amounts and the original payment method must be verified. Contact support@maap.dev about suspected billing errors and include the relevant transaction reference without sending full payment details. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights.

We may revise pricing and will provide at least 30 days’ notice of material pricing changes affecting ongoing use. Changes apply prospectively; purchasing credits does not lock in a model’s usage rate indefinitely. A separate subscription or negotiated arrangement, if offered, is governed by the terms presented for that arrangement.

Privacy and customer data responsibilities

Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. You are responsible for required notices, consent, and other legal bases for personal information you collect or process through MAAP. Organizations remain responsible for responding to their end users’ requests, with our assistance where applicable.

Do not supply sensitive or regulated information unless you have confirmed the use is supported and any required safeguards and agreements are in place. Do not submit protected health information subject to HIPAA without a separately executed business associate agreement and our written approval of the use. Do not deploy the service for children under 13 or knowingly submit their personal information without our prior written agreement and required safeguards. These terms alone do not establish a data processing agreement, business associate agreement, regulated-industry certification, or guarantee of compliance with a particular law. Where a data processing agreement is legally required, arrange it with us before that processing begins.

Maintain copies of information important to your business. Retention settings, account termination, and provider limitations can affect availability. Contact us before relying on MAAP for a specific retention, residency, or regulatory requirement.

SMS notifications

MAAP offers optional SMS account notifications. To receive them, you must add your own US mobile number, verify it with a one-time code, and opt in for a workspace. Verifying a number does not enroll you: each notification category is off until you turn it on and accept the SMS disclosure. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies with workspace activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts, reply HELP for help, or change your choices in Settings; you can also contact support@maap.dev. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Notifications can include workspace activity and links to the dashboard, so remove your number in Settings before you give up the phone.

Feedback and submissions

Feedback is voluntary. You allow us to use suggestions, ideas, and product feedback to evaluate and improve the service without an obligation to pay you, provide attribution, or implement a request. This permission does not transfer ownership of your customer content or override our Privacy Policy.

Include only information you are authorized to share. Remove credentials and personal or confidential customer details from examples. A feedback submission is not a support service-level agreement, an emergency channel, or a guarantee of an individual response.

Reporting unlawful content and rights claims

Report suspected infringement, unlawful content, or misuse to legal@maap.dev. Identify the material, its location or agent URL, the rights or law involved, your contact information, and the basis for your authority to make the report. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. We may request supporting details, restrict access while investigating, and notify the affected customer where lawful.

We may remove or disable content or suspend repeat violators where appropriate. This reporting channel does not represent a registered copyright-agent designation or replace a legally required notice procedure. We do not undertake to pre-screen every submission or resolve ownership disputes between customers and their clients.

Business customer indemnification

If you use MAAP on behalf of a business or other organization, that organization will defend Prisiops, LLC and its officers, managers, members, employees, and agents against third-party claims arising from its content, client services, configured agents or integrations, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights or applicable law. It will indemnify those parties for resulting damages, settlements approved under this section, and reasonable legal fees and costs, to the extent permitted by law. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our breach of these terms, negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.

We will promptly notify you of a claim, provide reasonable cooperation at your expense, and allow you to control the defense with qualified counsel reasonably acceptable to us. A delay in notice reduces your obligations only to the extent it materially prejudices the defense. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits wrongdoing by us, imposes a nonmonetary obligation on us, or fails to release the protected parties without our prior written consent. We may participate with separate counsel at our expense. This section does not impose a business indemnity on an individual using the service solely as a consumer.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request account closure through support@maap.dev. For organization-managed access, contact your administrator. Before closing a workspace, stop automations, revoke integrations, and retain copies of content you need.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for material violations, nonpayment, security threats, unlawful activity, or requirements imposed by law or a provider. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue, but urgent action may be necessary to protect users or systems.

After termination, access to agents, APIs, integrations, and stored content may cease. Retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy, applicable law, and any separate agreement. Termination does not erase accrued payment obligations. Provisions concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, accrued payment obligations, indemnification, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive to the extent needed to give them effect.

Warranty disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE, INCLUDING AI OUTPUT AND BETA FEATURES, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” PRISIOPS, LLC AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT FOR EXPRESS COMMITMENTS IN A SEPARATE SIGNED AGREEMENT.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, the accuracy or originality of output, that every threat will be detected, or any particular commercial result, regulatory outcome, or compatibility with your systems. No model response, support conversation, or marketing statement creates a warranty beyond an express written commitment. Mandatory statutory warranties and rights remain unaffected.

Limitations of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRISIOPS, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF PRISIOPS, LLC AND THOSE PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US $100 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO PRISIOPS, LLC FOR THE MAAP SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE FIRST EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. This is a single aggregate limit, not a separate limit for each claim, event, claimant, or legal theory.

These exclusions and limits apply regardless of the legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of damages and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. They do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or statutory remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Consumers retain mandatory protections where they live. A separately signed agreement controls any conflicting liability allocation for its subject matter.

Resolving questions and disputes

Contact legal@maap.dev with a description of a dispute and your requested resolution so we can try to resolve it informally. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or exercising rights within an applicable time limit.

Unless a separate signed agreement provides otherwise, these terms and disputes arising out of or relating to them or the service are governed by Texas law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and applicable federal law. Subject to mandatory law, each party consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in Texas. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or a right to bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence where applicable law requires it.

General terms and updates

Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, except for payment obligations already due. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

You may not assign your rights or obligations without our consent except as permitted by law. We may assign these terms as part of a merger, reorganization, or transfer of the service, subject to applicable law. These terms and any applicable separate agreements form the entire agreement concerning your use of MAAP and supersede earlier proposals and representations on that subject. Your purchase orders or other unilateral terms do not amend this agreement unless we expressly sign them. The parties are independent contractors; no partnership, employment, fiduciary, or agency relationship is created. The persons protected by the indemnification and liability sections may enforce those protections; otherwise there are no third-party beneficiaries.

We may update these terms and will post the revised version with an updated date. Material changes will apply prospectively, with at least 30 days’ advance notice by email or a prominent service notice, unless a legal or urgent security requirement reasonably calls for a shorter period. We will identify the effective date and obtain acceptance where the law requires it. Changes do not retroactively alter an accrued claim. Otherwise, continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the service.

You agree to receive service and contractual notices electronically at your account email or through the service, where permitted by law. Keep your email current. This does not replace legally required methods of serving court proceedings. Questions about these terms may be sent to Prisiops, LLC / MAAP at legal@maap.dev. Account and billing assistance is available at support@maap.dev.
