How many Pages and widgets can I create?
There is no separate limit on the number of Pages or widgets you can create, and no per-Page or per-widget creation fee. Each connects to an AI agent, and one agent can power multiple Pages and widgets. Start with 2 agents per workspace. Total credit purchases unlock more agents and features.
An agent is the AI you configure with a client’s knowledge and instructions. Use the same agent for that client’s Page and website widget. Both draft and published agents count toward your workspace’s limit.

Total top-ups means all the money you have added to this workspace over time. These are not monthly fees or extra upgrade charges. The money stays available for usage, and using your balance does not lower your level. Bonus credits do not count toward these thresholds. Usage charges and traffic limits still apply at every level.

Pages gives an existing AI agent a branded, hosted page. Add client logos, a headline, a description, and up to three suggested questions, then publish a link visitors can use on desktop or mobile.
How many Pages and widgets can I create?
There is no separate limit on the number of Pages or widgets you can create, and no per-Page or per-widget creation fee. Each connects to an AI agent, and one agent can power multiple Pages and widgets. Start with 2 agents per workspace. Total credit purchases unlock more agents and features.
Do I need a website or a developer?
No website installation is needed. Create an agent, add approved knowledge, and test its answers. Then create a Page, connect your published agent, customize it, and publish. MAAP hosts the Page at a reserved address such as your-client.maap.dev.
Can I remove MAAP branding?
Yes. Pages uses the same white-label entitlement as widgets. Removing MAAP logos and attribution unlocks after $1,000 in total workspace top-ups. Your uploaded client logos stay visible, and the money remains available for usage.
Can a Page collect leads?
Choose optional contact capture or require it before chatting. Visitors submit their name, email, and explicit consent. Your team can view the captured leads in the Page editor; records are retained for 30 days. Pages does not automatically send marketing email or sync these leads to a CRM.
Can I use my client’s own domain?
Every Page keeps its MAAP address. Where custom domains are available, Scale (after $500 in cumulative credit purchases) lets you connect a subdomain your client owns, such as ask.yourclient.com. Where domain purchases are available, it can also use a domain bought through MAAP. Check availability in your workspace before topping up for domains. Domain registrations and renewals are paid separately by card, never with credits, and do not count toward any level.
How is usage billed?
About 2¢ a simple reply. No monthly fee. Pages and widgets share the workspace’s prepaid usage balance. Top-ups start at $10. An illustration of reply costs, not a fixed price. Longer conversations, advanced models, and tool use can cost more. Document uploads are charged separately. Taxes may apply. Your agency sets its own client service fees and handles client invoices.
